Our helpdesk is available to all of Pneuman’s customers. It serves as the point of contact for any technical questions you may have. The helpdesk can also help you resolve small issues.
If you require more help, you will be called back by our technical support department. This service is free for customers whose installation is still under warranty and for those with a service contract.
The helpdesk is available during office hours. On working days, we will respond to any questions submitted by email within 48 hours.
